Atta cephalotes: Bridge under Green Waters

When I first saw this pic I must have gasped, because it is such a beautiful scene, with the green parasols of the leafcutter ants seemingly sprouting from the brown fallen log. This was taken in Rosebel Gold Mines, Suriname. The identification to species was made using relatively close-up photos in the series.
